Face Yoga

Face Yoga Just as we exercise to firm the body, the 57 muscles in our face and neck also need to be exercised. Face Yoga is a gentle, non-invasive method that marries techniques rooted in Indian and Asian traditions, with the modern science of how the face should be treated. Regular practice stimulates circulation to increase collagen production, encourage lymph flow to remove toxins, leaving your face healthy and glowing.

 

When you work with me We will focus on your personal goals. I will create a program using a unique sequence of Facial Massage, Acupressure, and Facial Exercises designed to brighten, tighten, and tone the skin of the areas that you want to address.

I am available in person or virtually for 1:1 private client sessions, group classes, and workshops for studios, spas, communities, conferences, and conventions.
