Nice to Meet You

I’m Dawn Conder—esthetician, wife, mom, enthusiast for all things clean, and proud owner of The Face Naturalist. Leaving the 9-to-5 grind gave me the opportunity to rediscover balance in my life and focus on what truly matters: family and my passion for holistic beauty.
I’ve always been a little makeup obsessed, but my passion for clean living and holistic beauty, actually started out of necessity. I lost my beautiful mom to cancer several years ago, which encouraged me to explore a low-toxicity lifestyle. And then…just when I thought my family was on the right track with our diet and fitness, my daughter had a medical, anaphylactic reaction to drugstore eyeshadow!
For the safety of my daughter I became an ingredient detective, searching for brands that were safe and with transparency in publishing ingredients. I was shocked to learn that because of loopholes in the laws, it is completely legal for companies to use toxic chemicals in the products that we put on our bodies every day. In fact, the FDA does not screen the ingredients for safety in beauty and personal care products before they hit the shelves.
While there are more than 80,000 chemicals on the market today, many don’t have enough data or any safety data at all. While my daughter is doing fine today, it was a critical learning moment that propelled me to find my true passion, learn all I can, and ultimately curate a business where I can help others achieve beautiful, healthy skin through non-invasive methods and products.
As the owner of The Face Naturalist, I have the privilege of teaching natural beauty techniques that help people look and feel younger. With over five years of experience in the holistic beauty industry, I hold certifications through the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine as a Gua Sha Therapist and Face Yoga Instructor. Additionally, I am an Advanced Certified Danielle Collins Face Yoga Instructor and a Certified Hay’ou Method Gua Sha Educator.
My unique background allows me to coach clients on how to nurture their skin from within, at any age. I have also had the honor of being the kickoff speaker at the Hugh & Grace National Convention in San Antonio, Texas, presenting on Face Yoga. Furthermore, I have been hired to teach Face Yoga to models and fashion designers at the European Wax Center Experience during Miami Swim Week.
These methods, along with my holistic customized approach to skin care, is a winning combination that focuses on lifestyle, mindset, and balance to bring out the best in you.
Wishing you vibrant health and happiness,

Dawn Conder
